Algorithm Engineer
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead global ADX/DSP algorithm strategy, define technical roadmaps considering regional compliance and user differences to improve advertising efficiency and commercial competitiveness.
2. Develop core algorithm modules: real-time bidding strategy, intelligent bidding engine, cross-regional traffic adaptation (GDPR/CCPA compliance), and implement AI technologies (reinforcement learning, user profiling).
3. Optimize C++ high-concurrency code performance, ensure system stability under large-scale traffic, resolve cross-regional latency and multi-currency bidding issues.
4. Coordinate cross-team resources to drive projects; lead algorithm teams in technical planning, code review, and capability development.
5. Monitor algorithm performance and risks, respond quickly to global market changes, and iterate technical solutions.
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; 5+ years of advertising algorithm experience; experience in core ADX/DSP algorithm optimization preferred.
2. Proficient in C++ and high-performance programming; familiar with distributed computing frameworks; deep understanding of RTB bidding, oCPX and other core advertising technologies.
3. Command of AI tech stack (deep learning, reinforcement learning); Python data processing capabilities; knowledge of global advertising compliance requirements.
4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills; strong learning ability; adaptable to multi-regional business scenarios.
