Job Responsibilities

1. Operate the programmatic advertising platform, develop strategies for different channels and media to achieve revenue targets.

2. Monitor and optimize advertising platform data, analyze performance regularly, identify improvement areas, formulate solutions, and drive business growth.

3. Assist in coordinating with budget holders for campaign execution, maintain existing media resources, explore additional resources, develop media procurement strategies, and coordinate upstream and downstream partnerships.

4. Explore RTB and RTA traffic sources, summarize and optimize bidding tactics, improve project and team performance.

5. Understand ADX advertising workflows and company projects, collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of relevant experience in internet advertising operations; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome; STEM background preferred.

2. Familiar with programmatic advertising fundamentals, PDB/PD/RTB/RTA mechanics, and industry trends.

3. Proficient in Excel with structured data statistics and analysis capabilities.

4. Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and team-oriented mindset.
