Job Responsibilities
1. Operate the DSP platform, manage e-commerce, gaming, and exchange clients, and implement operational strategies.
2. Analyze client needs, deliver professional operational solutions and methodologies to enhance satisfaction and performance.
3. Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitors, and develop market strategies.
4. Track and analyze operational data, optimize workflows and strategies to improve efficiency and results.
5. Collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to drive business progress against KPIs.
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of DSP operations experience; familiarity with e-commerce, gaming, and exchange industries; proven client operations experience and methodologies.
2. Strong data analysis, learning, and adaptability skills to quickly master new knowledge and tools.
3. Excellent teamwork spirit to collaborate closely and achieve team goals.
4. Proactive, professional, and results-driven work attitude.
