Programmatic Advertising Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Implement programmatic advertising sales strategies, deliver annual/quarterly/monthly targets, and cover core global DSP/ADX clients.
2. Provide end-to-end advertising solutions combining AI algorithms, global media resources, and privacy compliance capabilities; lead proposals, negotiations, and closures.
3. Maintain and China-outbound core client relationships, collaborate internally to optimize performance, improve satisfaction, and build benchmark cases.
4. Track global advertising market, competitors, and policy trends; deliver market analysis to inform product and sales strategies.
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, Advertising, International Business, Computer Science preferred; fluent business English.
2. 3+ years of programmatic advertising sales experience; familiar with DSP/SSP/AdExchange and RTB/PMP/PDB mechanics; top media or ad tech company background; track record of 7/8-figure USD client acquisition preferred.
3. Proficient in CPA/CPC/CPM; knowledge of SKAdNetwork, MMP and other privacy compliance; excellent negotiation, solution planning, and data analysis skills; full-cycle sales delivery capability.
